WOW! Program

Our WOW! Program consists of C.A.R.E.S. Ambassadors that are engaged in making your hospital experiences better.  We strive for complete patient and guest satisfaction.  C.A.R.E.S. Ambassadors are an alliance of brave, forward-thinking, change-oriented individuals within our organization with the conviction to challenge the status quo, set bold aspirations, achieve unprecedented levels of performance, and work together to show our community how great health care can be.

In fact, staff members are encouraged to look for ways to improve every aspect of our hospital.  The Northwest Surgical Hospital WOW! Program rewards staff members who take the time to provide valuable suggestions on how we can better serve our patients and visitors.  From changes in the cafeteria menu to improved communication methods between patients and staff, the Northwest Surgical Hospital WOW! Program is at work, everyday, in every department.
