Our WOW! Program consists of C.A.R.E.S. Ambassadors who are engaged in making your hospital experiences better.  We strive for complete patient and guest satisfaction.  C.A.R.E.S. Ambassadors are brave, forward-thinking, change-oriented individuals within our organization with the conviction to challenge the status quo, set bold aspirations, achieve unprecedented levels of performance, and work together to show our community how great health care can be.

Northwest Surgical Hospital WOW! Program rewards Northwest Surgical Hospital staff members who take the time to provide valuable suggestions on how we can better serve our patients and visitors.  From improvements in hospital furnishings to better communication methods between patients and staff, the Northwest Surgical Hospital WOW! Program is at work, everyday, in every department.
